Signature Required for ALL Deliveries

 

Regardless of any signature waiver you may have on file with Federal Express® or UPS® or USPS®, a customer signature is required by OroLatina® for all orders.  This requirement is for both our protection and for yours.

Packages returned to us as undeliverable may have the return shipping cost deducted from the total refund.

 

Alternate Arrangements

 

We can arrange to have the package delivered to a FedEx® or a UPS®, or a USPS® location so you can pick it up at your leisure.  Simply contact your OroLatina.com® representative by email or phone 1-888-ORO-LATINA (1-888-676-5284) and provide them the order number and we will take care of the rest.

If your package is already in transit, we still may be able to assist you.

We will provide you, via email, directions and a map to the facility that will hold your package(s) for you or you may visit maps.google.com for directions.

 

 

Orders where the Shipping Address differs from the Billing Address

 

If you specify a different shipping address from your Billing Address, we must call your bank to verify the validity of your Shipping Address.  We will not process any orders where we cannot verify the validity of the Shipping Address.  A simple call to your bank or credit card provider will allow you to add your desired shipping address to your account.  This is a requirement.  Not having your shipping address on file with your bank or credit card provider will delay or cancel the processing of your order.

PayPal® purchases where the buyer’s billing and/or shipping address is not verified by PayPal® and in a Confirmed status, will be refunded.

 

 

P.O. Box, APO and FPO Addresses

 

Orders going to PO Boxes (Post Office Boxes) cannot be serviced by FedEx® or UPS® and must be handled by the United States Postal Service®, USPS®.  Customer Signature is always Required.

Orders going to APO or FPO Addresses often require 3-5 more business days for delivery due to Military Postal Service forwarding, shipping, processing and handling.  All orders to APO or FPO addresses can only be serviced by USPS®.

Note:  OroLatina® does not include Customs or VAT or any other government imposed charges, taxes, tariffs or other levies.  You will be billed by your carrier or Customs agency separately for such taxes/duties related to your order. Your Customs agency may hold your package and delay your order.  This is beyond our control and OroLatina® is not responsible for these delays.
