Holiday Extended Returns Policy

All orders made between Cyber Monday (November 28, 2011) and Christmas Day (December 25, 2011) for stock items are eligible for Holiday Exteded Returns, and can be returned through January 25, 2012.

We offer a 30-day full money back guarantee on all of our 14 Karat gold stock jewelry, because we believe you will be totally satisfied by the quality of its craftsmanship. With a month to consider your purchase and show it off to your friends, you can be sure to made the right decision. We do not offer a money back guarantee on Custom Orders or on Special Orders. Custom Orders

OroLatina is happy to fulfill Custom Orders. Custom Orders are defined as any order that requires the lengthening, shortening, resizing, engraving or modification to any of our standard stock offerings.

Custom Orders cannot be returned. Custom Orders must be paid for in advance like any other order. Under no circumstances will goods be shipped without receipt of payment.

Rings are usually custom orders. When ordering a ring, we recommend not choosing a size. We will ship the size we have in-stock for you to evaluate. If you decide to keep the ring, simply send it to us for resizing or have this work done locally. We will send the custom sized ring back to you at no additional shipping cost.

Special Orders

OroLatina offers some items that require special order direct from our manufacturers in Italy. Special Order items require a 50% non-refundable deposit with the balance to be paid in full before the item ships. Special Order items are non-returnable as they are not readily carried in our standard stock offering. Special Orders may take up to 8 weeks to ship to the customer.

Comparison Purchasing

OroLatina will, for customers who have established a purchasing history with our company, permit Comparison Purchasing. Comparison Purchasing allows a serious buyer to purchase several like items under the understanding that one or more of those items will be kept and the balance returned. A nominal fee may be applied depending on whether some or no items are purchased to cover shipping. Customers who go around this program and abuse our Free Shipping and 30 Day Money Back Guarantee may be denied future sales. OroLatina wishes to establish long, equitable customer relations based on trust and fairness to mutual benefit. Customers who qualify for this program may be granted special offers and/or discounts not available to first time customers as an incentive to equitably participate.
