Information we need to collect:

We are unable to process any order that does not contain your name, phone number, billing address, email address, shipping address and credit card information. We strictly use this information to create your account and to process your order. If there is a problem with your order, we will first attempt to contact you by email.  After 24 hours have elapsed we will attempt to reach you by phone.  If more than a week (seven (7) days) passes and we cannot reach you your order will be canceled and any monies received by us will be refunded less a 5% or USD150 administrative fee, whichever is less.

During the order process, some of your information WILL BE transmitted to one or more third parties (such as our gateway to the creditor's network and/or our bank) but only that information which is strictly required will be securely encrypted and sent.  At no time will your credit card information be transmitted over any network by us in a "clear text" format, nor will your credit card information (credit card number, expiration date and CCV) be stored on our systems un-encrypted.  

Your personal information (name, address, phone number) will be stored on our systems but will not be distributed to any third party, ever.  However, we can be legally compelled to transmit information to a third party (such as the Federal Bureau of Investigations) via a court order, and if so compelled we must comply.
When you visit our site, we assign you a unique customer identification number in the form of a cookie. We use this ID to keep track of your shopping basket during your visit and to identify you as a repeat visitor.
