Our Return Process
To return your item to us, follow this simple three step process:
1. Obtain Your RMA: Click on the Contact Us tab above and complete the form, and you will be emailed a Return Merchandise Authorization code.
2. Insure Your Package: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail, insured for the total value of your purchase, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached us. *
3. Mail Your Return: please address returns to:

* We will not be responsible for loss of or damage to return shipments. Please make sure your package is INSURED.
We check for returns once per week on Fridays. Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted by our Master Jeweler as being in its original condition, your refund or new item will be processed immediately. The Banks and Credit Card Companies take just a few days to credit your account and any credits will typically appear on your very next credit card statement. From the time we receive your return to the moment you should be able to see a credit to your account is usually 3-7 business days depending on your Financial Institution.
Items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
Returns with no RMA, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.
You must follow these instructions exactly, to ensure the rapid processing of your return. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please contact us.
