Finding Products
Browse or search for the items you would like to order. A search box for keywords or SKUs is located on every page of our store. You will also find links to browse lists and more detailed product-specific searches in the top navigation bar of each page. When you find an item that interests you, click the image or name of the item to see its details page. Here you will find more information about the item.

Using the Shopping Cart
  • Using the Shopping Cart is easy. Once you have found an item that interests you, simply click the "Add to Cart" button. This button can be found on any item's product page, below the price information. When you have finished adding items to your Shopping Cart, click the Shopping Cart icon (in the top right corner of every page of our site there is a shopping basket icon with the word Cart next to it and the number of items in it). This icon is NOT visible until you add an item using the Add to Cart button on one (or more) of our product pages.
  • If you wish to buy multiple quantities of an item you have placed in your Shopping Cart, change the number in the "Qty." box. Be sure to click the "Update" button at the bottom of your list of Shopping Cart items to confirm any changes.
  • If you wish to delete an item in your Shopping Cart, change the number in the "Qty." box to 0 (zero) and click the "Update" button at the bottom of your list of Shopping Cart items.
  • If you prefer to wait until another day to buy some of the items in your Shopping Cart, simply log in or create an account. Click the Continue Shopping button if you have more items you wish to buy.
  • If you are ready to buy, click the "checkout" button and you will be taken step-by-step through the ordering process where you can customize shipping options by availability.

Availability

The availability estimate on each item's detail page refers to how long it will take us to acquire the item once you place your order; it does not include time it will take your order to reach you once we ship it. Shipping time depends upon the shipping method you choose. Here is the equation you should use to determine when you will receive your order:

(Availability) + (Shipping Time) = Total Delivery Time

We'll send you a confirmation e-mail message once you have placed your order, as well as whenever a shipment is made.

The following is a list of the several types of availability estimates you might see for items in our stores:

In Stock, usually ships same day. This product is currently available from a vendor that may be able to ship the product to you today. Same-day shipping cutoff times vary by vendor location, and range from 2 PM to as late as 10 PM (Eastern).

In Stock, usually ships next day. This product is available from a vendor that is closed for shipping at this time or that does not do same day shipping. Your order will usually be shipped the next business day, pending receipt of your order and credit approval.

Not in Stock, usually ships within 6-7 days. This product is not currently available for shipment from any of our vendors, or may require special processing.

Special Order: We must obtain this item directly from the publisher, label, or studio and can then ship it to you within 4 to 6 weeks of your order. These items are obtained directly from thousands of different suppliers. Some have never been ordered from us and may not have been ordered by any store for quite a while. It is impossible for us to regularly check on the availability of each item, and so we must rely on the data provided by our suppliers. Please note that items occasionally go out of print or out of stock. We will notify you within 2 to 3 weeks if we have trouble obtaining an item.

**Please note that same-day shipping applies only to credit-approved orders for items marked "usually ships same day" or "digital download" that are transmitted to us within standard business hours.

Delivery Time
We will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you, based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form. Once you've placed your order, you will be able to see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the relevant order summary in your account.

Calculating Cost
Your shipping costs depend upon the methods and options you choose.

If you choose to group items into as few shipments as possible, you'll be charged for one regular per-shipment fee, as well as a per-item fee for each item in that shipment.

If you choose to ship items as soon as they become available, we'll charge you full per-shipment fees for each shipment as well as a per-item fee for each item.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Shipping Preferences
We know that, sometimes, you need to receive some items in your order more quickly than you need to receive others. That's why, every time you place an order via our order form, you can choose from one of these shipping preferences:

  • Group my items into as few shipments as possible
    "Trying to keep shipping costs down? Choose this first option. We'll consolidate your items into the fewest possible number of shipments. (We'll always show you the minimum number of shipments needed to complete your order.) Depending on the availability of the items you're purchasing, you might have to wait a bit longer for your order to ship, but you'll save money on shipping.

    "In some cases, you might receive more shipments than we indicated you would when you placed your order. We will never charge you more for shipping than the amount that was originally quoted to you at the time you place your order.


  • I want my items faster. Ship them as soon as they become available (at additional cost)
    Ordering items with different availabilities? Don't let the slower items hold up the rest of your order! Choose this option to have your items ship as they become available, beginning with those already in stock. You'll be charged a per-shipment fee for each shipment, but you'll get some or all of your items earlier than you would if you'd chosen the "Group my items into as few shipments as possible" option. Of course, we'll still attempt to save you money by consolidating items where it makes sense to do so.

You can safely enter your payment details via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. If you prefer to not enter your details on-line, then please call 1-877-547-3600 or contact us. This gives us a way to processs your order while giving you extra piece of mind. With either method you choose, your credit card number will be totally private and protected according to PCI Compliance guidelines.


We also accept personal and business checks or money orders denominated in U.S. dollars as payment for most orders. For fastest processing, we suggest to make a payment by credit card or check card to avoid delays due to checking funds verification. Paying by check does slow down your order somewhat, as no merchandise will ship until the validity of the check or other instrument has been verified by the issuing authority and payment has been cleared and settled into our account. If you are in the United States, paying by personal check typically delays your order one to three weeks.


Currently we are only able to accept postal money orders denominated in U.S. dollars or checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Checks must also have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code) MICR-encoded on the bottom of the check.
All checks will be authorized using Authorize.net's eCheck check verification service. Returned checks will be referred to eCheck for collection and will be subject to the maximum returned check fee allowed by law.


Available funds from checks are not designated to specific orders. As per OroLatina.com policy, we will ship the first available order for which there are sufficient funds.

For wholesale orders we accept Cash, US Money Orders, Bank Cashier's Checks and Escrow through www.Escrow.com.
