May’s Gemstone – The Emerald

Emerald Jewelry
May’s Birthstone…The Emerald

The Month of May is now upon us and the nations of the northern hemisphere are all readying for Summer.  In parts of Europe, May Day celebrations are underway; in Mexico, Cinco de Mayo will undoubtedly be one to remember, and US Citizens are busily preparing for both Mother’s Day and Memorial Day Weekend.

This month OROLATINA® is proud to offer a gorgeous array of Emerald Jewelry.  The Emerald is May’s Birthstone traditionally.  Emeralds are found and mined throughout the world with Colombia being the largest producer and the nation of Zambia being the second largest producer world wide.  Amazingly enough, they can even be found in parts of North & South Carolina here in the United States!

The Emerald comes in a variety of shades, but the darker and more vibrant green color gemstones are the most sought after and are amongst the 4 primary “Precious Stones”, which also include Diamonds, Sapphires and Rubies.

Also in May we expect more improvements to the website.  New features forthcoming include:

a) Improved Product Page – New Magnifier, Simplified Layout and Social Media Sharing functions.

b)  New products spanning the gambit of 14 karat gold jewelry

c) Improved site design and faster page loading.

d) Improved Help Desk Center.

We thank you for your patronage at OROLATINA®.  From our family to yours, we wish you a happy, healthy and safe Summer!

Yours Truly,

Christopher J. Lazaro
