These Terms and Conditions and your use of this site (OROLATINA.com®) will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the State of New York, without resort to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be filed only in the state and federal courts located in New York City, New York and you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts over any suit, action or proceeding arising out of your use of this site, any purchase from this site, or these Terms and Conditions.
Absolutely ALL of our shipments are insured for the full value of the purchase. We never make an exception as this policy is for our customerâ€™s protection as well as our own. In the instance of a package going missing before a customer is able to sign for it, we will first make all attempts at locating the package (1-2 business days). We then file a claim with the shipping company and send a new item immediately to our customer or refund their money if we no longer have the item in stock. We do not keep the customer waiting for our claim to be resolved before the customer receives their merchandise. At most, our customer will be subject to up to a 5 business day delay when a package goes missing. We believe this is a reasonable amount of time for us to do our due diligence in tracking the package, investigating the packageâ€™s disappearance and processing a new order out to our customer at no additional cost. Custom orders may experience more significant delays in such circumstances.

If you specify a different shipping address from your Billing Address, we must call your bank to verify the validity of your Shipping Address. We will not process any orders where we cannot verify the validity of the Shipping Address. A simple call to your bank or credit card provider will allow you to add your desired shipping address to your account. This is a requirement and not having your shipping address on file with your bank or credit card provider will delay the processing of your order.
OROLATINA® offers GIA and/or Third Party Jeweler certifications & appraisals at an additional cost of $300.00 for jewelry under $2500.00. We do not, by default, have every piece of jewelry we take into inventory appraised. Therefore, if you wish your purchase to ship with an appraisal certificate, you understand this will delay your shipment by up to an additional 2 weeks for a GIA Certificate & Appraisal.

OROLATINA® accepts several forms of payment via PayPal®, Amazon Payments®, and Affirm®. Through these trusted, third-party companies do we accept Mastercard®, Visa®, American Express®, Discover®, and other major credit cards.
OROLATINA® makes every effort to maintain its online catalog and inventory system up to date. However, sometimes an item goes out of stock, becomes discontinued, and/or is placed on backorder before we are able to update the website. For this reason, OROLATINA® does not make any guarantees of product availability. Generally speaking, roughly 85%-95% of all of our items are In-Stock depending on the season. We tend to have our highest in-stock rates shortly before the Christmas shopping season (September / October), early January (pre-Valentine'sDay) and in April (pre-Mother's Day).
Back Ordered items can take from 4-8 weeks to arrive at our warehouse from the manufacturer. In some situations, we are able to expedite this and encourage you to contact your OROLATINA.com® representative if you have any questions. If you wish to purchase a back ordered item, you may contact your OROLATINA.com® representative to place you on a list of people to be contacted when the item comes back in stock.
The Prices on OROLATINA.com® change every day, Monday through Friday and are updated usually by 10:00 am Eastern Standard Time (EST). OROLATINA.com® retails its jewelry at a price that is very close to the wholesale price of gold or silver, which is based on the 2nd London Fix price or London Fix price, both internationally accepted and most widely used daily spot price for gold & silver in the world. The 2nd London Fix is the price of gold at the opening of the United States Commodity Markets. The London Silver Fix is the price of silver at the opening of the US Markets. OROLATINA® has no control over the price of any precious metals and makes no forecast or guarantee as to the direction of precious metals prices over any time period. All sale prices are final, even if the price of gold drops the next day, next week, next month or next year. As a general rule, credits/refunds will not be issued should the price of gold drop between the Completion of Sale and Receipt of Goods by the customer, just as OROLATINA® will not charge more or seek to charge more if the price goes up the next day after a Completion of Sale.
OROLATINA® will not negotiate on price under any circumstances. We encourage our customers to make a purchase when they find something they like at a price they find attractive. For those who do wish to watch for price dips, every item on our website can be monitored. Look for the Watch This Item box on the product's page and subscribe to one of the available feeds. Once subscribed, you will be notified daily of any changes to the price, item availability, or item description.
OROLATINA® does NOT share in any way, shape, or form any of our customer information, be it public or private information. We solemnly promise to never change this particular policy. Our customer'ss privacy is paramount to all other concerns, whether they have made a purchase or not. All of our customer information is encrypted in our database and all transactions are encrypted via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology in real time and via major processors (Amazon Payments & PayPal®) to provide our customer'ss maximum protection and assurance that their financial information is safe from unauthorized viewing while they make their online purchase. We employ independent services to scan our website daily for vulnerabilities. If a weakness is found, it is immediately rectified and depending on the severity of a security loophole, we reserve the right to refuse all incoming transactions until the vulnerability is corrected. In such a situation, it would become impossible for you or any of our customers to input any information into the website until the security threat was resolved.
OROLATINA® offers a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee with Free Return Shipping on all stock orders except stock orders that have been customized or non-stock custom orders (ie: Item(s) has been engraved, Chain lengthened or other modifications OROLATINA® or another party have performed at the customer request). If you are unhappy with your purchase and neither OROLATINA®, nor any other party has modified the jewelry from its original condition, you may return the item(s) within 30 days for a full refund. Refunds are issued the same day the return is physically received and our expert jewelers have verified that the item is still in its original condition. Returns must be made in the manner prescribed by OROLATINA. Having second thoughts on your purchase? Immediately contact your OROLATINA.com® representative and inform them of your decision to cancel your order. In most cases, we are able to cancel the order before it ships and credit our customer'ss account in the same day. However, if purchase ships before a customer is able to cancel, the customer must either:
1) Receive the item and ship it back to OROLATINA® per our Return Instructions.
2) Refuse the delivery.
In either case, we will refund the customer the purchase price once we have physically received the merchandise back and not before.
